The Hotel Marketing Co. was formed by Dev Anand and Joe Brookman specifically to help suppliers of innovative products and services penetrate into the hospitality industry.
Dev has spent the past 30 years in the hotel industry – agency sector, providing hoteliers both in the UK and globally with high volumes of corporate and leisure business. In 1972 he co-founded Expotel, today part of Capita and still the market leader in corporate hotel and conference bookings. Since 2006 Dev has been running Impetus Marketing, a niche consultancy business aimed at the hospitality and travel industry, helping hoteliers and others build and buy/sell their businesses.
Joe has been in the sales and marketing industry for the past ten years heading up the sales operations for suppliers into the hotel and hospitality industry in the UK, UAE and Australia. He has run the direct sales operations for companies specialising in products and services ranging from News Channels, Government Projects and in house Magazines.
Dan has been working in the sales and marketing industry for over eight years, and has joined The Hotel Marketing Co as an account manager. He has already had great success working in areas such as hospitality and retail. Dan brings nonstop energy to the role and can be relied upon to go over and above for his clients.
Rick has headed up the business development teams for a number of successful businesses both in the private and public sector and brings a wealth of experience to The Hotel Marketing Co. He will be managing the internal sales team and overseeing the account management of our supplier network. Rick is a strong believer in networking and is well known as a go to guy if you ever need to source a reputable supplier or are looking for an introduction to a key decision maker.
Freddie is currently doing a business admin apprenticeship with the Hotel Marketing Co. He is helping to update the ever growing database of over 100,000 hotel contacts. Freddie is known for his conscientious and methodical approach always ensuring that our prospect lists are up to date and accurate.
